Stopped in for a bevy between stops and was in awe of how beautiful the establishment was and how set up it is. But no crowd? That dumbfounded me. Gorgeous venue.
Great food, food can be a little pricey though. Great for kids as there is a nice playground to keep kids occupied. outdoor could use some fans on the hot days as no breeze comes through the beer garden. The times we have been the atmosphere has been very quiet. Overall not a bad place to visit, the new works look really good.
Restaurant empty, ordered lamb special, advised then it was pork. Changed order to chicken which arrived raw. Very disappointed with the management reaction.. unsurprised.. almost resigned.. and provided a refund for the main meal.
Service and food are pretty solid and priced fairly. I had the Cesar salad and it was by far the best one I’ve had in a long while. Would have loved the option to add chicken but oh well, it’s not a deal breaker. Face painting and and crafts on Sunday for the kids with live music for the adults. Will definitely be back.
After the revamp this venue was great. Food was awesome and the staff really made the atmosphere an enjoyable place to be. I even told friends… Now, though the food is OK again after a slump in quality, the atmosphere is bland, the staff seem more interested in socialising with each other than actually making the place enjoyable. Imagine walking up to the bar and the girl serving stares at you without so much as a smile and says “do you want something?”… Just so disappointed. There used to be a manager there, I think her name was Mel? All went down hill there after she got moved to some other pub. Bring her back and make the place happy and enjoyable again. The Koala has been pretty much scratched off my where to go list… what a shame!

Our first night here and wow. So good! The kids area is Amazing. The food come out hot and fresh! We will definitely be back!!! Great to see a pub with kid facilities and friendly environment. That’s where the moneys gonna be made 🤣 the food was honestly sooo good! For a pub! I give it a 9/10 !! Yummy!!!!!!!
